The second method exports your handouts to Microsoft Word where you can edit them or add additional content (and of course, print them). The first method lets you print the handouts directly from PowerPoint. There are two ways to create handouts in PowerPoint.At the bottom, click Edit Header and Footer. (Optional) If you don’t want include all your slides, enter specific slide numbers separated by commas or a number range (e.g., 3,5,7,9-14) into the Slides text box.Go to File and select Print. You will need to choose the page layout option that works for you. The Send to Microsoft Word box will open next. Click Create Handouts, then under Create Handouts From Microsoft Word, click on the small Create Handouts button there. This can be very handy for someone who need to carry with a printed version of the presentation and also keep the notes and comments for each slide.How to Create Printable PowerPoint HandoutsExporting your original PowerPoint is easy once you know where to go: Click on File, then on Export.(Note that some printer-specific features may be different on your screen.) Click the desired format for printing your slides and notes. Keynote displays the Print sheet.
